About

Talma Roth

I'm Talma Roth, a Senior Product Designer with over a decade of experience crafting digital products that make the complex feel effortless.

Currently at Awesome, a Deloitte studio, I lead end-to-end design for user-facing products across web and mobile — working closely with product, development, and QA teams to ship experiences that are both visually sharp and deeply functional. My work spans complex internal systems, B2B platforms, and consumer-facing applications, with a consistent focus on one thing: making hard things easy to use.

My path into product design runs through Deloitte Digital, where I built interfaces for enterprise-scale systems, and further back through years of design and brand work in Paris and Israel. That cross-industry foundation — from marketing and communications to enterprise UX — gives me a broader lens when approaching design problems. I understand how products are built, how they're sold, and how real people use them under pressure.

I specialize in translating complex requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces — whether that's a trading app handling live market data, a financial management platform designed to reduce anxiety, or a public health data portal built for transparency. I manage projects from discovery to delivery, bridging stakeholder goals with user needs at every stage.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Design from Wizo Design Academy and spent part of my career working in Paris, where I sharpened a cross-cultural design sensibility. I'm fluent in English and French, and bring a detail-driven, collaborative approach to every product I touch.
